I am 48 years old, as a child I remember going to Mount Moriah Cemetery with my dad to clean up the plot where my sister is laid. Along with my sister are my maternal great-grandparents and an uncle. My dad would bring a push mower and small shovel (to dig in the ground to find the markers). I remember even then that the lot was not in the best condition. I have not been there in many years, but often see Mount Moriah on the news for the poor condition. It is sad that the cemetery has come to such ruins.
